An automated B2B lead engine — from scraped to CRM-ready, hands-free.

Stop paying people to copy-paste prospects. I build a pipeline that discovers target accounts, verifies and enriches emails, filters duplicates, and routes clean leads straight into your CRM — on your own infrastructure.

The production-ready edge

Why a code-backed engine beats a no-code toy

Anyone can wire two apps together. Running thousands of leads reliably is an engineering problem.

Rate-limited queue workers

The pipeline paces itself to each API's limits with retries and backoff — so it keeps running instead of getting blocked.

Waterfall enrichment

If one provider has no data, it falls through to the next — so you get the highest match rate, not a half-empty sheet.

Dedupe & validation

Every record is verified and checked against your CRM before it lands, so your list stays clean and your reps trust it.

Yours to own

Self-hosted on your infrastructure — unlimited runs, your data, no per-seat tool creep.

FAQ

Lead-engine questions, answered

Where do the leads come from?

From the sources you choose — Google Maps / Apify scrapers, Apollo, LinkedIn exports or your own lists. I build the pipeline around the sources that fit your market, then enrich and verify from there.

How do you keep the data clean?

A multi-step waterfall: enrich from several providers (e.g. Hunter, Dropcontact), verify emails to cut bounces, and automatically dedupe against your existing CRM so the same company never lands twice.

Won't scraping get me rate-limited or blocked?

Not when it's engineered properly. I use rate-limited queue workers, retries and backoff so the pipeline runs at a safe, steady pace instead of hammering APIs and getting cut off.

Where do the finished leads go?

Straight into your CRM — HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel or Airtable — scored and ready, so your team works a clean list instead of copy-pasting from a dozen tabs.

Is this GDPR-compliant for outreach?

The system is built to support compliant B2B outreach — targeting business/role contacts, honouring opt-outs, and keeping records. Compliance also depends on how you run outreach, which I'll advise on; I don't build anything designed to evade the rules.

Self-hosted or managed?

Usually self-hosted n8n on your own server — unlimited runs at a small fixed cost and your data stays yours. I can also build it on n8n Cloud or Make.com if you'd rather stay fully managed.
