Overview
An AI real-estate platform that auto-ingests listings from email, scores them against client requirements, and automates outreach — for a London commercial leasing agency. I designed and built a Laravel platform that reads incoming listing emails automatically and uses AI to extract structured property data — address, size, rent, use class, availability — with a confidence score and a 'needs review' flag for anything uncertain. It then scores every property against every live client requirement on a 0–100 scale with explainable match reasons (area, size, budget, availability, each flagged strong or partial). Agents work a ranked match list instead of an inbox, and the system automates client outreach by email and WhatsApp, tracking each match from Pending through Sent to Actioned. Built with Laravel, MySQL, OpenAI, WhatsApp API, this ai automation project was delivered for a client in United Kingdom and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A London commercial property agency (restaurant & retail leasing) received dozens of new listings a day by email from brokers, then matched them to client requirements by hand. It was slow, inconsistent, and deals slipped through the cracks as listings and client briefs piled up faster than anyone could cross-reference them.
What I built
