Conversational AI bot that qualifies leads and books meetings straight onto the calendar — no back-and-forth. I built an AI chatbot on n8n + OpenAI that chats with visitors in natural language, understands their need, qualifies them with a few smart questions, then checks live Calendly availability and books the meeting inside the conversation. Confirmations and reminders go out automatically over email and WhatsApp, and the booking is pushed to the team's CRM. The challenge
An agency was losing warm leads to slow email scheduling. Prospects wanted to talk 'now', but booking a call meant a chain of emails picking a time — and many dropped off before a meeting was ever set.
