Every new lead is auto-enriched, cleaned and scored before it reaches sales. I built an n8n workflow that enriches each new CRM lead with firmographic and contact data from Apollo, uses OpenAI to summarise the account and infer fit, deduplicates records, and scores the lead so reps open a complete, prioritised profile. Built with n8n, Apollo, HubSpot, OpenAI, this ai automation project was delivered for a client in USA and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A sales team wasted time researching thin lead records — missing company size, role and contact details — and worked bad data by hand.
