Zero-downtime migration and two-way sync between CRMs and business tools. I mapped and migrated contacts, deals and activity between the CRMs with validation and de-duplication, then built a two-way sync via APIs and webhooks so the CRM, marketing tools and back office stay consistent — with a rollback-safe, staged cutover. Built with Node.js, Salesforce, HubSpot, Webhooks, this api integration project was delivered for a client in Worldwide and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
