I built a Next.js + Node ticketing platform with tiered tickets, Stripe checkout, unique QR tickets by email, a door-scanning app for check-in, and a real-time sales dashboard — so the organiser keeps the margin and the customer relationship. An events organiser relied on a ticketing marketplace that took a heavy cut and owned their customer data.
