Overview
Job scheduling, technician dispatch, routing and on-site reporting for field teams. I built a Laravel + React platform for scheduling and dispatching jobs, routing technicians efficiently, capturing on-site notes, photos and signatures, and invoicing on completion — with a live map of the team and job status. Built with Laravel, React, Google Maps, this web application project was delivered for a client in Australia and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A maintenance company coordinated technicians by phone and paper job sheets, with no visibility into schedules, locations or completed work.
