I built a Make.com system that triggers a review request after each completed job, routes happy customers to Google, alerts staff to unhappy ones privately, and uses OpenAI to draft a tailored reply to every review for quick approval. Built with Make.com, Google Business API, OpenAI, this ai automation project was delivered for a client in USA and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.

A multi-location business knew reviews drove local rankings and trust, but rarely asked for them and left most reviews unanswered.
