Memberships, class bookings, recurring billing and check-ins for a fitness studio chain. I built a Laravel + React platform handling membership plans with recurring Stripe billing, class scheduling and bookings, QR check-ins, trainer management and attendance reporting across multiple studios. Built with Laravel, React, Stripe, this web application project was delivered for a client in Australia and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A fitness chain managed memberships in spreadsheets and chased payments manually, with no easy way to book classes or track attendance.
