Fast, searchable self-serve help centre that deflects tickets. I built a Next.js help centre with categorised articles, instant Algolia search, feedback and analytics on gaps. Built with Next.js, Node.js, Algolia, this web application project was delivered for a client in Worldwide and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
