Overview

Multi-channel support tickets with SLAs, assignment rules and a knowledge base. I built a Node.js + React helpdesk with email-to-ticket, assignment and routing rules, SLA timers and escalations, canned replies, a customer-facing knowledge base, and agent performance reporting. Built with Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, this web application project was delivered for a client in Worldwide and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.

The challenge

A support team ran on a shared inbox — tickets were missed, nobody owned them, and there were no SLAs or reporting.

What I built

I built a Node.js + React helpdesk with email-to-ticket, assignment and routing rules, SLA timers and escalations, canned replies, a customer-facing knowledge base, and agent performance reporting.
