Overview
Employee records, leave, attendance and payroll in one secure platform. I built a Laravel + React HR platform covering employee records, leave requests and approvals, attendance, payroll runs with payslip generation, and role-based access for HR, managers and staff — with an audit trail throughout. Built with Laravel, React, MySQL, this web application project was delivered for a client in USA and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A mid-sized company ran HR across spreadsheets and a separate payroll tool, causing errors, missed leave balances and manual payslip work.
