Overview
Multi-warehouse stock control with purchase orders, barcodes and low-stock alerts. I built a Laravel + Vue inventory system with multi-warehouse stock, barcode scanning, purchase orders and goods-in, stock transfers, low-stock reorder alerts and valuation reporting — one accurate source of truth for inventory. Built with Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, this web application project was delivered for a client in Worldwide and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A distributor tracked stock across warehouses in disconnected spreadsheets, leading to overselling and surprise stockouts.
