Website chatbot that qualifies, scores and routes inbound leads to sales in real time. I built an OpenAI-driven chatbot that engages visitors, asks qualifying questions (budget, timeline, use-case), scores the lead, and syncs it to HubSpot with a summary. High-scoring leads instantly notify sales on Slack so they can jump in while interest is high. Built with n8n, OpenAI, HubSpot, Webhooks, this ai chatbot project was delivered for a client in USA and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A B2B team treated every website enquiry the same, wasting time on unqualified leads while genuinely hot prospects waited in the queue.
