Every Shopify order flows through fulfilment, inventory and alerts without a human touch. I built a Make.com pipeline triggered on every Shopify order: it logs the order to Airtable, routes it to the right supplier, updates inventory, flags low stock in Slack, and emails the customer a branded confirmation and tracking update. Built with Make.com, Shopify, Airtable, Slack, this ai automation project was delivered for a client in Worldwide and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
An online store processed orders by hand — copying details into a spreadsheet, emailing the supplier and updating stock — which was slow and error-prone as volume grew.

I built a Make.com pipeline triggered on every Shopify order: it logs the order to Airtable, routes it to the right supplier, updates inventory, flags low stock in Slack, and emails the customer a branded confirmation and tracking update.
