An end-to-end automation suite that runs lead capture, onboarding, invoicing and reporting on autopilot. I designed a self-hosted n8n platform that ties the whole operation together — new leads flow from forms and ads into the CRM, onboarding sequences fire automatically, Stripe invoices are raised and chased, and an OpenAI step drafts weekly summaries. Every workflow has error handling, retries and alerting so nothing fails silently. Built with n8n, OpenAI, Airtable, Stripe, Webhooks, this ai automation project was delivered for a client in USA and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A services company ran on manual glue-work: copying leads between tools, sending onboarding emails by hand, chasing invoices and rebuilding the same report every week. It didn't scale and things slipped through the cracks.
