Overview
Two-sided marketplace app connecting customers with nearby service providers. I built React Native customer and provider apps on a Node back-end: service discovery, real-time provider matching and location, in-app booking and scheduling, Stripe payments with provider payouts, ratings and chat. Built with React Native, Node.js, Google Maps, this mobile app project was delivered for a client in Worldwide and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A startup wanted an 'Uber for home services' MVP connecting customers with vetted local providers, with booking and payment built in.
