I built an n8n system that captures enquiries from every portal, instantly sends a personalised SMS via Twilio, uses AI to answer common questions and gauge intent, books viewings into the agent's calendar, and logs the whole thread to HubSpot. Built with n8n, Twilio, HubSpot, OpenAI, this ai automation project was delivered for a client in UAE and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
