Overview
Secure video consultations, scheduling, e-prescriptions and patient records. I built a Laravel + React telemedicine platform with WebRTC video calls, appointment scheduling and reminders, in-visit notes, e-prescriptions and secure, permissioned patient records — with online payments for consultations. Built with Laravel, React, WebRTC, this web application project was delivered for a client in USA and designed for reliability, a clean user experience and long-term maintainability — so it keeps delivering value well after launch.
The challenge
A clinic wanted to offer remote consultations but had no secure, integrated way to run video visits, take bookings and manage records.
